1. Ergonomics and convenient management
- "Sticky" buttons (Sticky menu): The control panel is fixed at the top of the screen when scrolling — main tools are always at hand.
- Space maximization: Button for quick hiding/expanding the left menu of the admin panel.
- Quick toolbar: One-click access to filters, bulk actions, print/PDF invoices, and order creation.
2. Powerful filtering and sorting
- Global filter: Search for orders by any available parameter.
- Multi-select: Filter by multiple values at once (for example, selection by several statuses or delivery methods simultaneously).
- Quick filters (Presets): Create your own pre-configured filtering templates for complex selections with one click.
- Clear in 1 click: Instant clearing of all applied filters.
- Flexible sorting: Organize the list by date, amount, status, and other parameters.
3. Customer interaction and Communication
- Customer profile: Quick access to registered buyer account.
- Loyalty indicator: A green icon will show that the customer is a repeat buyer and will open their order history.
- Messengers in 1 click: Quick access to Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp chat or open Email without saving the number.
- Copy data: Convenient button for copying phone, email, or address to clipboard next to each field.
4. Products in the order
- Visual informativeness: Display of photo, name, article number, price, quantity, and total amount directly in the list.
- Quick transitions: Click on photo leads to the product card on the site, click on name — to its editing in the admin.
- Compact view: Display of the first product from the cart and counter of hidden positions (for example, "+2") with the ability to expand the entire list.
- Selection of article codes: Configure output and search by any product codes (Model, SKU, UPC, EAN, JAN, ISBN, MPN, Location).
5. Statuses, Bulk actions, and SMS
- Color statuses: Configure custom colors for each status for quick visual navigation.
- Change status "on the fly": Update order status directly in the dropdown list of the general table view.
- Notification with comment: Choose customer notification modes (green indicator — send email, gray — no).
- Send SMS: Send a message to the customer with text recording in the order history without mandatory status change.
- Bulk editing: Group selection of orders for bulk status changes or SMS distribution.
6. Additional fields and Comments
- Custom "Date" field: Fix your own date (for example, planned shipping date) with support for filtering and sorting.
- "Payment Status" marker: "Paid / Not Paid" toggle in one click for selected methods (for example, when paying by requisites).
- Smart comments: View customer comment and add internal notes to the order or buyer. Fields automatically adjust to the volume of text.
