This Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about Users of our Platform.
1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect data necessary to fulfill the terms of the Public Offer:
For Buyers: Full name, email address, country of residence, order history, IP address.
For Partners: Full name, tax details (IPN/EDRPOU), bank details (IBAN), scanned copies of documents for identity verification.
Technical data: Cookies files, device and browser data.
2. PAYMENT DATA
We do not store your bank card data (number, expiration date, CVV code) on our servers.
Payment processing is carried out by certified payment providers (LiqPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) that comply with the PCI DSS standard.
We receive only the transaction status (successful/declined) and the technical payment identifier.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
We use your data exclusively for:
Providing access to purchased Products.
Processing calculations and payments to Partners.
Sending technical notifications (module updates, order status changes).
Complying with tax legislation and currency control requirements.
4. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
We may transfer some data only in cases:
To payment systems: to process payments.
To EDI services (e.g. "Vchasno"): to sign Acts and Reports (for B2B).
To government bodies: upon official request in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
To Partners: we transfer to the Partner only your Email or Name to provide technical support for the module.
The Administrator and Partner guarantee that personal information of Users is not transferred, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is technically or legally necessary to fulfill the terms of the Public Offer (this Agreement).
5. USER RIGHTS
You have the right to:
Access: know what data we store.
Correction: change outdated information.
Erasure: request deletion of your account and data (except those we are required to keep under accounting law — 3 years).
Withdraw consent: opt out of marketing communications.
6. DATA PROTECTION
We implement modern security measures:
Use of SSL/TLS protocol to encrypt all data.
Two-factor authentication for Administrators and Partners.
Regular security audits of the Platform code.
7. COOKIES
We use Cookies to maintain user session (shopping cart) and analytics (Google Analytics). You can disable Cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit the functionality of the Site.
