Order Manager (Order Editor)

With the help of this module, you get complete control over the purchase processing. Easily create new and edit existing orders, conveniently view all necessary information in one window without unnecessary transitions. You can flexibly add or remove products, instantly change customer data, set custom prices for items, apply personal discounts, coupons, and manage bonus points. Edit and create orders as quickly and efficiently as possible!

1. General advantages and principles of operation

• Flexible filling: When creating an order, you can fill in only those fields that interest you at the moment. Even if you skip some data, the order will still be saved successfully without errors, and you can return to it later.
• Full adaptability: The order editor is designed taking into account modern interface requirements. Editing or creating orders is equally convenient on a large desktop monitor or from a mobile phone screen.

2. Top quick control panel

• Instant status: Quick status change of an order with one click without the need to completely resave the entire document.
• Localization: Convenient selection or change of the language of the current order.
• Finance: Quick selection or change of the currency in which the order is calculated.
• Multi-store: Ability to select or change a specific store (storefront) on which this order is implemented.

3. Working with customer data (Order Details)

• Working with the database: Ability to quickly link an order to an already registered customer and select their saved address.
• Smart phone search: When you enter a phone number, the module automatically searches for matches among previous orders. When you select a found profile, all contact information and delivery address are instantly filled in.
• Loyalty indicator: A special icon has been added that indicates whether this user has made an order before. Clicking on it opens a convenient list of all their previous purchases.
• Messenger integration: Buttons for social networks and messengers have been added (Viber, Telegram, Whatsapp). One click — and you're already writing a personal message to the customer.
• Group flexibility: Change the customer group directly in the order. According to the selected group, special prices for products and custom (additional) fields are automatically pulled up.
• Validation: Use of a customizable phone mask for convenient and error-free number entry.
• Notes: Separate fields for comments: you can leave a technical comment directly to the order, as well as a separate personal comment about the customer.
• Duplication: Convenient button for complete order copying in one click.

4. Shopping cart management (Products and Certificates)

• Unlimited adding: You can add and remove any number of products. Search is implemented both by product name and by product code.
• Visual control: Each product is added with a photo thumbnail. Clicking on the photo will immediately take you to the page of this product in the store.
• Custom pricing: Ability to set your own manual price for a product. If the field is left blank, the system will automatically calculate the price taking into account current promotions, options and discounts. A convenient button nearby allows you to instantly clear the price field.
• Informative stock: To the left of the quantity and price input fields, the current stock of the product in the warehouse and its base price are displayed. For options, the price is displayed in parentheses (), and the option stock is in square brackets [].
• Warehouse synchronization: When a product is added to an order, its quantity is automatically deducted from the warehouse. When removed from the list — the quantity is returned (the algorithm depends on the system settings of the product and statuses).
• Gift certificates: Full adding, removal and editing of certificates in the order. When the order is saved, the new certificate is created automatically.
• Multi-currency: When recalculating, all summary prices are displayed in the currency you selected for this order.

5. Delivery, Payment, Coupons and Bonus Points

• Methods: Convenient and quick change of delivery method and payment method.
• Marketing: Ability to apply discount coupons, gift certificates and bonus points directly while editing.
• Bonus management: Display of the remaining balance of bonus points on the customer's account (which can be used) and the number of points that will be accrued for the current purchase. Ability to manually accrue or deduct points.
• Affiliate program: Selection of a partner (affiliate), accrual or deduction of commission bonuses with display of the total bonus amount.

6. Financial summaries and saving

• Calculation: Special highlighted button for instant recalculation of all financial summaries of the order.
• Manual adjustments: You can set your own (custom) delivery cost, as well as set an additional manual discount in the summaries (both as a fixed amount and as a percentage).
• Ergonomics: The final order save button is located directly next to the summaries for maximum convenience of the manager.

7. Detailed order history

• Chronology: View the complete history of all status changes and comments.
• Exact time: Added display not only of the date, but also of exact hours/minutes in the order history (as well as in the general list of orders).
• Communication: Convenient addition of new history stages with detailed comment, status selection and optional customer notification via email.

8. Additional system module settings

The module has a powerful configuration panel that allows you to adapt it to your business processes:

• Selection of a tab for displaying the payment and delivery block for better ergonomics of your screen.
• Price precision settings (number of decimal places).
• Flexible setting of input mask for phone numbers.
• Disable or enable automatic recalculation of summaries when applying discounts, coupons, points or certificates.
• Bonus automation: enable/disable auto-accrual of points when completing an order and auto-deduction in case of its cancellation.
• Visual control: ability to selectively enable or hide the display of fields for Coupons, Certificates, Bonus points and Affiliate program so as not to overload the interface with unnecessary functionality.

Technical support

Technical support is provided on working days (Monday-Friday) and working hours from 10:00 to 17:00 except for holidays.

The response/help time depends on the author's workload, but everyone who requested help and needs it will be provided with a response or assistance.

License agreement

The license applies only to the domain specified at the time of purchase.

The author reserves the right to revoke the license if there is a violation of copyright or license agreement.

Free technical support is provided for 180 days from the date of purchase of the extension.

The author has the right to change the terms of technical support or the license agreement at any time at their own discretion.

Modification or additional functionality are not included in technical support and are paid separately
