This page contains official information regarding payment methods and the procedure for obtaining access to digital products on the marketplace https://opencartcode.com (hereinafter — "Platform"), which belongs to LLC "OPENCARTCODE", EDRPOU code 46406880.
1. PRICING AND PAYMENT CURRENCY
1.1. All prices on the Platform are displayed in US Dollars (USD) as the base equivalent of the product value.
1.2. For Buyers who are residents of Ukraine (in accordance with Ukrainian legislation), the final calculation is made exclusively in the national currency — Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH). Conversion occurs automatically at the rate specified on the Platform during order checkout.
1.3. For non-resident Buyers, transactions may be processed in USD or EUR, depending on the selected payment method and the settings of the card-issuing bank.
1.4. Taxes and fees: All possible bank commissions for currency conversion or cross-border transfers are paid by the Buyer. For residents of the EU, value-added tax (VAT) may be automatically added to the final cost in accordance with local legislation.
2. PAYMENT METHODS
2.1. We accept payments through secure payment gateways. You can pay for your order using:
Bank cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Mobile wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Local systems (for Ukraine): Privat24, monobank (via corresponding payment widgets).
2.2. Payment security: The Platform does not collect, process, or store your complete bank card details (such as card number or CVV code). All payment transactions are carried out exclusively with certified payment providers that comply with the international security standard PCI DSS.
2.3. Recurring payments (Subscriptions): If you purchase a Product under a subscription model, you consent to automatic deduction of funds from your card at the end of each payment period. You can cancel automatic subscription renewal at any time in your Personal Account in the "My Subscriptions" section.
3. DIGITAL CONTENT DELIVERY POLICY
3.1. All products on the Platform are digital content (software, code, electronic license keys). Physical delivery (by mail or courier) is not provided.
3.2. Delivery process: Delivery is considered completed in full at the moment the Buyer is provided access to download the digital file or license key.
3.3. Terms for providing access:
After successful payment confirmation by the payment system, access to download the Product files opens automatically and instantly (usually within 1 to 5 minutes).
Files for download, license keys, and electronic invoice (receipt) become available in your profile in the "My Orders / Downloads" section.
Additionally, an order confirmation email with a download link is automatically sent to the email address provided during registration.
3.4. Buyer's responsibility: The Buyer is solely responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to their Personal Account. In case of loss of access to the account, restoration of access to previously purchased products is carried out through the standard password recovery procedure.
4. LEGAL DISCLAIMER
4.1. By making a payment and downloading the Product, you agree that digital goods of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange after receipt, except in cases expressly provided for in our Refund Policy.
