Description
A list where everything is found quickly
Tabs above the list count orders by status types — new, in progress, shipped, completed, cancelled, "without TTN over 2 days". Filters are stored in the page URL: a filtered list can be sent to a colleague or saved with a name.
Search
Order number, TTN number, part of a phone number in any format, email, last name, product name or model. Each type of search uses its own index — fast and on hundreds of thousands of orders.
Right in the row
Status change (only allowed transitions) and manager, payment status, TTN with last delivery status, tags, priority, overdue reminders.
Bulk actions
Status, manager, tags, TTN for multiple orders, document printing, CSV export.
Dashboard
Revenue and quantity for the period, daily dynamics, distribution by status and managers, "Needs attention" block with things waiting for a response.
Order card
Everything about the order on one screen. While someone edits the composition, others see who exactly — two people won't overwrite each other's changes.
Payments
Advance payment, payment, postpayment, return. The status "partially / paid / overpaid" is calculated automatically.
Notes and reminders
Internal notes that the customer doesn't see, and reminders with a date — overdue ones are visible in the bell.
History
Action log: who, when and what changed in the order, including "was → became" values.
Documents and fiscal receipts
Each document is an immutable snapshot at the time of issue: later changes to the order do not affect it.
Documents
Invoice, bill of lading, commodity receipt, act, packing slip. Multiple sellers (sole proprietor, LLC), numbering series without gaps, amount in words, choice of document language, templates with custom fields.
POS
Fiscal receipts via Checkbox or Vchasno.Kasa: sales and returns, change and Z-report, auto-delivery for paid orders, receipt link to customer.
Novaya Poshta and notifications
TTN
Creation from card and in bulk, city and branch from the directory, postpayment, printing of waybill or marking 100×100. Tracking and automatic status change: "Arrived", "Received", "Refusal".
Notifications
Templates for customer by events — status, TTN, payment — email and SMS via TurboSMS. To managers — in Telegram.
Who it suits
Stores where orders are processed by multiple managers, accept payment in installments and ship via Novaya Poshta; those who need invoices and waybills for legal entities or fiscal receipts without a separate cash register. Permissions are configured by user groups: a manager sees their orders, a warehouse worker — only what's needed for shipment.
