Any report for your task

For example:

This is not a set of rigidly defined templates. You determine which data should be included in the report and how it should be processed.

Flexible Builder

Combine conditions using AND/OR, create nested groups, and use dynamic periods.

For example:

Date — from the first day of the month to today

AND status — "Completed" OR "In Progress"

AND model — ABC-100 OR ABC-200

AND category — "Smartphones"

AND order amount — over 5000

You can select multiple products, IDs, models, categories, manufacturers, order statuses, and customer groups at once.

Any necessary columns

Add only the needed data and change the column order using Drag & Drop.

Available fields:

• payment and delivery;
• coupons and bonuses;
• addresses;
• additional database tables;
• SP SEO Remarketing module, if installed.

For columns, you can set custom names, sorting, aggregation, and calculated metrics.

Calculations and Summary Metrics

Create your own metrics:

• number of unique customers or products.

Two modes for displaying products

For each report, you can choose:

• each product as a separate row;
• all products of an order in one row with line breaks within the cell.

Automatic Report Sending

Any saved report can be run via CRON and automatically sent:

• to one or multiple email addresses;
• to one or multiple recipients in Telegram;
• to different employees on individual schedules.

For each task, recipients, Telegram Bot Token, message subject, and export format are specified separately. The subject supports the {{ date }} macro.

Customer Database Security

Enable anonymization so managers can analyze orders without accessing customer contacts.

The module masks:

• phone;
• email;
• customer ID;
• calculated columns with client identifiers.

Also, for each saved report, you can specify administrator groups that are allowed access. Unavailable reports are not displayed in the list and cannot be opened via direct link.
