Rozetka Marketplace-order-sync-oc — a module for OpenCart that eliminates manual transfer of orders between the seller cabinet on Rozetka and your store admin. Orders, statuses, and tracking numbers synchronize automatically — without exporting files, copy-pasting, or maintaining two catalogs in parallel.
What the module does
When a customer places an order on Rozetka, the module retrieves it along with the customer, product items, delivery and payment method, and marketplace commission amount — and creates it in OpenCart as a regular order. After that, the connection works both ways: a status change in OpenCart is transmitted to Rozetka, and vice versa; the tracking number, when a shipment is processed through Nova Poshta, automatically goes back to the Rozetka cabinet.
All of this happens on a cron schedule, in the background, without human intervention — the module shows in the logs exactly what it did during each run and how many orders or products it processed.
The module is developed for OpenCart, works through the official Rozetka Seller API, and does not require external hosting or intermediate services — all logic is executed within the store admin on a cron schedule.
A separate optional OCMOD adds a "Rozetka #number" badge to the third-party OrderListPro extended orders list module, if it is installed.
CORE FUNCTIONALITY

1. Order Import
Retrieves new orders from Rozetka Marketplace (via API or login/password — your choice) and creates them in OpenCart: products, customer, address, Rozetka Marketplace order amounts — as a separate record. The order and date in OpenCart match the actual Rozetka Marketplace chronology, not the import time.
2. Precise matching of delivery and payment methods. This is not just "text → code". The module distinguishes the technical type of Nova Poshta delivery — Branch, Parcel Locker, Courier — where the text from Rozetka Marketplace itself is the same ("Nova Poshta") for all three.
3. Status synchronization - OpenCart → Rozetka Marketplace: a change in order status in the store
is transmitted to Rozetka Marketplace.
4. Tracking Number Transmission this function is in beta testing and is configured individually - The invoice number and carrier are transmitted to Rozetka Marketplace as soon as they appear in OpenCart (the source of the number is fully configurable — currently implemented to work with Nova Poshta).
5. Automation via Cron - All of the above can be run on a schedule, without a single manual click — you just need to set up the task on the hosting once.
6. Self-recovery and diagnostics - If some orders "go missing" (for example, due to a failure), the module detects it itself and offers a re-import. A detailed log records every action — it's easy to figure out what exactly went wrong, if something went wrong.
