ROZETKA Delivery - delivery service from the largest and most popular online store and marketplace in Ukraine, which already has more than 400 branches in different parts of the country. The module implements all API functionality at the time of publication, including: authorization, work with express waybills, tracking, shipment returns, archiving and downloading directories.

Capabilities for working with waybills

When viewing an order in the admin panel, if the customer selected a compatible delivery method, a button appears for working with the waybill. You can create a waybill based on the order or assign an existing one. When proceeding to create, the module automatically fills in the form as much as possible. If a waybill is already created for viewing the order, edit and delete options will be available. Also, when viewing orders, you can navigate to the list of all waybills. Available functionality:

  • creation, editing, deletion, archiving and return of waybill
  • downloading waybill in PDF format for one or multiple orders
  • browser printing of waybill and markings for one or multiple orders
  • viewing waybills with the ability to filter by many parameters
  • automatic filling of sender information according to selected module settings with the ability to change data directly before creating the waybill
  • automatic filling of recipient parameters according to order data, including the following functions:
  • entering recipient data
  • city search
  • department search
  • automatic filling of shipment parameters:
  • weight
  • length, width, height
  • total volumetric weight
  • declared value with the ability to adjust components
  • description
  • automatic filling of payment parameters:
  • delivery payer
  • return delivery amount
  • additional shipment parameters:
  • filling the "Order Number" field
  • fields are automatically filled or selected by the module as much as possible according to settings
  • field validation during editing and before sending data to the postal company server
  • highlighting archived and deleted waybills in the list

Upon successful creation or editing, you will be redirected to the created waybill and it will be highlighted in the general list.
