For operation You must have a contract with Nova Poshta for International deliveries!!!

The module is in beta testing. The functionality has been tested in Nova Poshta API test mode — creating waybills, calculating international delivery costs, and statuses work correctly. However, the module does not yet have confirmed practical experience working on live shops with real international shipments.

The price during the beta testing period is reduced. The author is responsive; if you find an error, it will be fixed as a priority. The module is actively being improved based on feedback from early users."

NovaPost International Delivery / Nova Poshta - International Delivery — a module for processing international shipments through the official Nova Post API directly from your OpenCart/ocStore 3 store.

What the customer gets

Shipping processing right at checkout

The buyer selects a Nova Post branch or courier at the order completion stage — the option automatically appears only for countries where international delivery is actually possible. Before confirmation, the system verifies the address with the selected location, so there will be no erroneous shipments.

Customs documents in one click

For shipments to/from Ukraine, the administrator fills out a customs declaration (product name in Ukrainian and English, UKT ZED code, value, weight) directly in the order — before creating the shipment. For Europe–Europe deliveries, no customs form is needed at all.

Full control in the admin panel

A log of all international shipments with filters by status, country, date — with pagination for large volumes.

Shipment status synchronization in one click by waybill number, with event history (a record is created only when the status actually changes).

Print labeling PDF — the document is transferred directly from Nova Post, without saving on the server.

The admin panel design is consistent with the style of the Ukrainian Nova Poshta module, so the interface looks familiar.

Analytics and statistics

The built-in dashboard shows shipment flow, delivery results, average time, declared value by currency, and "health" of background processes. Data can be exported to CSV — without customer personal data, keys, or API technical information.

Reliability and monitoring

Automatic control of "hanging" shipments and queue for their recovery.

Diagnostics of each API profile status, administrator email notifications of unresolved issues — without disclosing customer personal data.

Protection of active shipments from accidental profile changes.

Data security

The API key is never displayed again when opening settings — only the status "saved/missing".

Authorization tokens live only in RAM and are not stored in the database.

Directories (branches, streets, settlements) are always up-to-date online — without outdated local copies.

Module deletion does not erase shipment and event history.
