Supplier contacts in the manager's phone, a freelancer's number in a chat that was lost long ago, a discount from a supplier on a piece of paper by the monitor? While everything is fine, it doesn't interfere.
But the manager quits and all his contacts disappear with him. The search on the site stopped working after an update, and no one remembers who did it and where to find the developer.
The Contact Book collects all necessary contacts in one place, right in the store admin: suppliers, managers, freelancers, with phone numbers, addresses and notes.
The search finds the right contact by any field: name, company, position, a few digits of a phone number and even by notes. Remember only that someone did a shopping cart? Enter "cart" and the freelancer's data is already in front of you. The manager quit and you need to call the supplier today? Enter the company name and the contact is already on the screen.
No more "who did this" and "his number was somewhere".
Features:
- Instant search without page reload: you can search for multiple words at once, for example, "Figma Opencart", or by part of a word.
- Contact groups with color labels: you can create your own groups.
- Two display types: grid or list, the choice is remembered.
- Messengers without extra typing: just enter @username or phone number, the module will create the necessary link automatically.
- Import / Export to Excel: ready-made template for filling, previously created contacts are not deleted, they can be updated without duplicates, new groups are created automatically.
- Sorting: by name, company, group or date added.
