id13dev Stock Alert — a tool for online store owners and procurement managers that helps replenish inventory in a timely manner and reduce sales losses due to product shortages.

The module automatically checks store inventory, monitors both regular products and individual option combinations, such as sizes or colors. Based on actual order history, it analyzes sales over 30 and 90 days, determines the date of the last sale, and automatically assigns priorities to items: critical, high, medium, or low. 

Stock Alert can warn about shortages before the product runs out completely. It uses delivery time, average daily demand, and reorder point for this purpose. The module also calculates the recommended purchase volume taking into account safety stock. 

For manager work, statuses are provided: "New", "Ordered", "Postponed", "Ignore", "Replenished", bulk actions, filters by category, manufacturer, priority and demand, as well as export of the current purchase list to CSV for further work or transfer to the supplier. 

Optional notifications via Telegram and E-mail are available, which are sent in digest format instead of a large number of individual messages. System cron and web-cron are supported for automatic operation. 

The module works only in the administrative part of the store and does not change the OpenCart theme or core. Supported versions: OpenCart 3.0.x / ocStore 3.0.x, PHP 7.4+ and PHP 8.x, MySQL 5.6+ / MariaDB 10.x. 

The main task of Stock Alert is to show not just products with zero balance, but specifically answer the manager: what needs to be ordered, in what quantity, and what requires attention first.
