Fishka Repair — is a fully functional module for managing the receipt, diagnostics, repair and delivery of devices directly from the OpenCart administrative panel. Supports a multi-step reception form, change history, status management, access rights and automatic SMS notifications to customers.

Extended description of module logic
Main entity: Repair
Each repair is a separate record in the database and contains:
- Repair ID
- Customer ID
- repair type (warranty / standard)
- device information
- malfunction description
- equipment
- current status
- change history
- creation and modification dates
- responsible user
Repair lifecycle
The module logic is built around the repair lifecycle:
- Repair creation
- Diagnostics
- Repair
- Testing
- Completion and delivery
Each stage corresponds to a status that can be customized.

The repair creation wizard is implemented as a step-by-step interface:
