Ex Client Chat — Chat with a client in messengers (Viber, Telegram)

This module greatly simplifies the administrator's communication with customers, adding the ability to instantly switch to messengers directly from the order page. You no longer need to manually copy the phone number, save it to contacts, or search for the customer in the application search.

🚀 Main features:

Two active buttons: Telegram and Viber icons appear in the order panel.

Instant transition: When you click the button, the corresponding application (on a PC or smartphone) automatically opens with a chat with the client already open.

Automatic detection: The module uses the phone number specified by the customer when placing an order to generate a direct link to the profile.

Optimization of working time: The administrator can clarify order details, send details or photos of the product in a matter of seconds.

🛠 How it works:

In the admin panel, in the viewing section or order list, quick contact buttons appear.

Telegram: Uses a direct communication protocol via phone number.

Viber: Generates a link that opens a dialog in the desktop or mobile version of the messenger.
