Send SMS directly from the order with the ability to edit the text before sending and duplicate the message to email. The SMS button is now located next to the customer's phone number for convenience. For example, you can configure templates such as: Card prepayment, IBAN prepayment, Postpayment information, Paid online, IBAN for organizations, TTN, Thank you for your purchase, and others.
• (new) Improved compatibility with modules from Prorab: Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Rozetka Delivery: Added the ability to display the TTN number to the administrator and customer on the order information page. Added the ability to display a parcel tracking link to the administrator and customer on the order information page. Added the ability for an administrator or manager to send the customer an SMS with the TTN number and tracking link in one click, after pre-configuring the appropriate template in the "SMS Notify" module. • (new) "Octemplates Smart Checkout – Abandoned Carts" - tracks all carts and provides the ability to send reminders (email/SMS) in multiple waves, create discount coupons to stimulate purchases, and conveniently manage carts in a separate tab (filtering, marking as "converted", deletion, link copying). Reminders automatically generate a cart recovery link that instantly returns customers to checkout and allows them to use a discount (if this option is enabled). Additionally, you can set the time for sending reminders, the cart storage period, and process via Cron (password protected).
• (new) "Octemplates Smart Register – customer registration" - created to solve the main problem that occurs when registering through the standard Opencart form — entering incorrect or erroneous phone numbers due to the lack of a mask and validation of number correctness.
• (new) "Live Search" - Allows you to display a product, category, and manufacturer search block with interactive results display that appears when the user starts typing a search query in the site header search. The search is performed by name, model, SKU, description text, and additional parameters such as categories or manufacturers. It is also possible to search for misspelled queries, for example, "fzzdu" = "apple", or "cvfhnajy" = "smartphone".
• (new) "Review Reminders for Products" - allows you to automate the process of collecting customer reviews after they make a purchase. With this tool, you can configure automatic reminder emails and SMS notifications sent to customers after a certain time following order placement.
• (new) "SMS Notify" - designed to automate sending SMS messages to customers and administrators of your online store. It allows you to configure various SMS notification templates that are sent at each of the key stages of customer interaction with the store, such as authorization confirmation, order placement, reminders to leave reviews, product availability notifications, and other events.
• (new) "SMS Authorization (OTP)" allows you to configure secure and convenient customer authorization via SMS, setting parameters for generating, validating, and blocking one-time passwords, which helps reduce the risk of spam and abuse of OTP requests.
