Admin Extensions Tabs — tabs instead of dropdown

Every time you go to Extensions → Extensions in OpenCart admin, you have to click the dropdown, wait for it to open, scroll down, find the right category, and click. Every single time. Same goes for Shipping, Payment, Order Totals, Captcha — anywhere this awful select appears.

This module replaces the dropdown with horizontal tabs.

The main idea — bring order to a standard OpenCart admin section with one tiny OCMOD.

❖ Installation

• ❖ Go to admin: Extensions → Extension Installer
• ❖ Upload the adminmodtab.ocmod.zip file
• ❖ Go to Extensions → Modifications and click Refresh (blue button top-right)
• ❖ Go to Extensions → Extensions — enjoy the tabs

If something does not work — clear Twig cache (delete storage/cache/template/*) and click Refresh in Modifications again.

Special thanks to marufworld — back in 2017 (a bold UX move for the OpenCart community at the time) he was the first to show that the dropdown in admin can be replaced with tabs. This implementation is written from scratch and extended with modern functionality: active tab memory, drag-n-drop reordering, hiding unwanted tabs, filtering installed/not installed, counters, and more.
